All Custom Builds are subject to flux inventory from shaft and grip companies which can cause delays. We always do our best to get your clubs to you asap.

After 24 Hours, CUSTOM Orders cannot be canceled. CUSTOM orders cannot be returned even unused.

Within 30 days of the purchase date of your unused and visually new stock product, you will be eligible for a full refund of the purchase price. The customer assumes the cost of shipping to return the item to Fourteen Golf, located at935 South Lawson Street

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, please contact us at or 1-323-435-6707 for a Return Authorization number. We require a receipt or proof of purchase. In order to return the merchandise, you must have directly purchased the merchandise from Fourteen Golf, or online at Merchandise purchased from another person, entity, or distributer must be returned to that person, entity, or distributer for all return and warranty claims.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to manufacturing defects and not misuse or striking something during use.
